Excelon® EVA Tubing

Thermoplastic Processes’ Excelon® Ethyl Vinyl Acetate, or EVA, is naturally semi-translucent and meets FDA requirements. Excelon® EVA tubing offers high-impact strength and flexibility. Its ability to withstand low temperatures makes it the ideal choice to transfer agricultural chemicals, specifically liquid anhydrous ammonia.

EVA tubing also replaces vinyl tubing in many surgical, hospital, and pharmaceutical applications. Unlike vinyl, the EVA raw material has no plasticizers, which eliminates leaching/extractables for high-purity requirements. Our plasticizer-free EVA tubing has nearly 100% elastic memory, which allows the material to return to its original shape when heated.
