Excelon® HDPE Tubing

Thermoplastic Processes’ Excelon® HDPE tubing is more rigid than LDPE and has stronger physical and chemical properties than LLDPE. We manufacture our high-density polyethylene tubing from 100% virgin material that meets FDA requirements. Our high-density polyethylene tubing is the economical alternative to Teflon.

HDPE tubing can be used with compression fittings when needed. Today, HDPE is the chosen material used in the environmental industry due to its resistance to Volatile Organic Compounds and natural gases. Environmental companies commonly suggest HDPE tubing for PFAS sampling. Our opaque black HDPE tubing has UV properties, giving it excellent strength for outdoor applications. In addition to our stock sizes, we can also custom run any size from .040″ OD to 2″ OD. Pipe sizes, custom lengths, and laylines are available upon request.
