Platinum Cured Braided Silicone Hose
Our braided silicone hose is made of polyester and high elasticity silicone, and it is used in food machinery and medical equipment. The curing process with platinum makes the hose odorless and tasteless. In addition, the inner and outer walls of the silicone hose are completely smooth, making the flow consistent and making the cleaning process more convenient and effective. Our Excelon® Braided Silicone Hose is suitable for the Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage Industry. The silicone hose can be sterilized at low pressure or in a high-temperature sterilization system at 720°C. The braided tube can be sterilized by CIP, SIP, and gamma radiation. It can also be autoclaved. Different sizes, lengths, and colors are available upon request. Biocompatibility testing available upon request.
