ABS Tubing, Pipe, and Rod

Excelon® ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is used in applications that require strong dimensional stability, high rigidity, and excellent impact resistance. It is easily fabricated by using a variety of machining techniques. ABS is non-metallic and is offered in black and natural in Tubing, Rod, and Schedule 40 & Schedule 80 pipe. Thermoplastic Processes offers sizes from .250″ ID to 10″ OD in tubing and up to a 2″ OD in rod. Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe sizes are available up to 6”.
