Polyurethane Tubing

Excelthane Ether-based and Ester-based Polyurethane Tubing

Thermoplastic Processes’ Excelthane polyurethane tubing is now offered in both Ether and Ester-based materials. Ester-based polyurethane tubing has superior chemical resistance and excellent dielectric strength. It withstands higher temperatures than ether-based polyurethane; however, ether-based polyurethane is the ideal choice for high moisture applications. Both materials are abrasion-resistant, kink-resistant, and durable.

The tubing retains its shape when twisted and does not kink or tear. Thermoplastic Processes extrudes ether and ester-based tubing in sizes ranging from .020″-1.500″ O.D. Custom durometers, colors, sizes, and lengths are available upon request.
